I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a child. This is my 16th year in the classroom, and I still remember playing teacher as a child. I know this is my purpose.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable experience teaching is watching my “grown” students still say I was their favorite teacher in elementary school. There is nothing like a college student telling you that you are STILL their favorite teacher. It makes my heart so happy to see them and their bright futures.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to take my personal children to Disney World. I would use the rest for my classroom library. We need more on level books. I would also invest in just actually having a savings account. Teacher pay in Mississippi is almost poverty.
