I had teachers in school who were not kind and I wanted to change the philosophy of teaching. I understood how those kinds felt and thought and I knew I could relate. I also like to be silly and have fun!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI teach pre-K and K special ed and I have had multiple parents tell me that their kids previously hated daycare but love coming to school because I instilled that love in them. A parent once cried during a PPT with me because she said no one except me as ever made her feel so seen and cared about.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my school debt and loans. I’m trying to get my Masters to become an even better teacher and I need to be able to afford that. I would also pay off my mom’s debt who helped me get my BA. I would like to start my own family but I will only be able to do so through IVF which is very expensive. Thank you!
