Tell us why you became a teacher

I chose to become a teacher to inspire and support the growth of the next generation. I am passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. I believe that a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment is essential for student success and meaningful academic development.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was collaborating with a fellow teacher to bring our classes together for a series of engaging games in the gym. Our goal was to encourage students to interact with peers outside of their own classroom while providing a fun and supportive environment. The activities allowed students to step out of their comfort zones, build new connections, and enjoy a positive shared experience.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Infertility has been an emotional and challenging journey for my husband and I. This experience has required resilience, patience, and hope as we continue pursuing our dream of starting a family. Receiving the $25,000 would significantly ease the financial burden of IVF treatment, allowing us to focus on the process and the possibility of growing our family without as much financial stress.
