Learn MoreI wanted to bring fun and life to ELA. I have always loved to read, and I wanted to share that passion with others. I also find writing to be immensely impactful on young minds. Both can lead to children expressing themselves in a healthy way, while being surrounded by a fast paced world.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI once taught a sixth grade girl that had a tough family life. At the end of the year, she gave a letter that she had written for me. In that letter, she told me how much I had helped her even though I was “just a teacher.”
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably use some of it on my student loans, and have the other portion saved for things my students needed.
