I became a teacher because it was always my dream job. I love watching children learn and grow and make epiphanies from their knowledge growth. I love watching them learn life lessons from what I've taught and from their own realizations.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable experience has been seeing one of my former students go into education, write about me in her college class saying she became a teacher because of me, and then getting a position in the same school where I taught her.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to purchase things for my classroom (supplies for me and the kids, prizes for my primary and secondary prize bins, and tools to use for teaching). I would also take a vacation in the summer with my husband and pay off my debt from my husband's battle with cancer last year.
