Being able to show students a LOVE for STEM has been one of my greatest blessings in this life. Seeing them bloom and grow is my favorite!

I have always wanted to be a teacher, truly and honestly. Having 8 siblings, I always took on the "teacher" role at home, and it transpired into my every day life. Being a teacher gives me such a sense of purpose, especially getting to witness the love my students have for learning!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable teaching moments wasn’t a big award, it was a messy, ordinary day. A lesson flopped, so I let my students lead with their questions. The room shifted. Hands shot up. A usually quiet student explained a concept perfectly, and the class built on it. You could feel their confidence grow. I drove home reminded that teaching isn’t about perfect plans, but about connection and creating space for kids to think out loud.
What would you do with the $25,000?Education is one of life's greatest gifts. If I were to win $25,000, it would go directly to my daughter's college fund. Although she is a toddler, I want her to have the financial ability to do and be whatever she wants to when she grows up. That starts with fostering a love for learning and a solid foundation in her educational journey.
