Learn MoreI became a teacher on accident. I wasn't planning on teaching but fell into teaching and I love it. 5 years later I am still teacher and loving it every year I teach! I love coming to school and seeing all the students lives I've touched. I also loving teaching cause of the community aspect. School has become a second family and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThe most memorable experience I had was this year. I had a student come up form 1st grade with behavior issues. He used to get in trouble all the time. But this year with work and love he has completely turned around. He now loves coming to school and has got into a lot less trouble. He making friends! It is so cool to see and it warms my heart. Just some love and encouragement really can change someone around!
What would you do with the $25,000?Mostly for getting my masters in SPED. Since that is something I'm super passionate about Sped! I would also just use this money to live just a little more comfortably! Just so I don't have to worry about life so much!
