Tell us why you became a teacher

I always felt grateful that I could help somewhen when they needed help. It could be anything in general and being a teacher, I can help others everyday from my students to coworkers.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

It’s not about the testing data, my memorable experience is the relationship with my students. Long after they graduate, they still keep contact even though I taught them in 8th grade. In our school, seniors get to choose who to hand them their diploma and that is an honor that I have experienced seven times in 12 years.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would pay off debt and then use funds to help my family to financial stable.
