Tell us why you became a teacher

I have always wanted to be a teacher since I was 5. The subject I wanted to teach changed as I got older but the goal was to always become a teacher. This is because I had some really great teachers growing up and still have some great teachers as coworkers that help me everyday.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable teaching experience was when I was in college, and I was leading one of the learning stations. During my demonstration one of the students said "its like magic but real" and they really enjoyed science after that.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use a part of it to do more hands on learning projects in my classroom. I have also been having car problems so I would use get a more reliable car to get to work.
