Teaching matters to me because every day I get a chance to touch hearts, awaken minds, and help children see their worth.

I never planned to become a teacher, but God gently led me here. What began as an unexpected path became a calling placed on my heart. Each day, I see His purpose in the lives I touch—encouraging, guiding, and loving children as they grow. Teaching chose me in the most beautiful way, and through it, I’ve discovered the joy of serving, inspiring, and making a difference one child at a time.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching moment was when a student I taught in both third and fourth grade finally learned to read. When I first met her, she couldn’t even read a two-letter word. After a year and a half of hard work, she read her first sentence. The pride on her face, her huge smile, and tears in her eyes made it unforgettable. Though simple, that moment changed her life—and reminded me why I teach.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, a noble choice would be to responsibly meet my own needs while sharing a portion to uplift others. I would use the money to create stability in my life, then give part of it to a cause that supports children, education, animals, or families in need. Helping myself while extending compassion to others would allow the blessing to reach beyond me and make a meaningful difference.
