I became a teacher because I wanted to be someone’s why they love school. I want to make sure that kids don’t have people they hate in school. I know I can’t be that for everyone but I would like to be that for as many as I can.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI think my most memorable teaching experience is when I was teaching and got to work with a student who told me she would never love science or stem. After getting her into my stem classes she decided she was a stem kid and because a high ranking officer in a stem organization!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would make sure that I could pay down some things along with helping supply my STEM classroom.
