Tell us why you became a teacher

I chose to become a teacher because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Education has the power to open doors, build confidence, and shape futures. I enjoy helping students understand new ideas and watching them grow academically and personally. I also value the opportunity to inspire curiosity and a love of learning, as a lifelong learner myself.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was helping a quiet, struggling student find their confidence. At first, they were afraid to participate, but with encouragement and support, they slowly began to open up. The moment they finally raised their hand and answered correctly in front of the class, they smiled with so much pride. That moment meant a lot to me because it showed how much a little support can truly change a student’s confidence.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000, I would use it thoughtfully by balancing saving, investing, and personal growth. I’d set aside a portion for savings or an emergency fund, invest some to build long-term financial stability, and use a part of it to further my education or professional development. I’d also consider using a small portion to support something meaningful, like helping others or contributing to a cause I care about.
