Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI have many! My most recent experiences include building a garden, pollinators area, a lizard rock area, and outdoor learning environment. The students get to watch and document birds, grow their own food to take home, watch the pollinators on the 30 foot sunflowers. The children love to learn and care for the environment building beaver dam replicas, watch the blue herons, geese, and eagles eat fish.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would of course by a few things at the dollar tree to enhance lessons. However life has dealt my husband a terminal diagnosis of COPD stage 4. I also had a broken heart stress heart attack last school year, I was then diagnosed with stage one colon cancer. A lot would go to medical expenses. I would also catch up on some bills. I have a 14 year old daughter that had a quadruple twisted ovary and had to have surgery and therapy. She has never seen the ocean.
