Learn MoreThere was something from within where I wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I would play school using my dolls and stuffed animals as my students. As I grew up and was trying to decide what I would do as my occupation I thought about doing other things than teaching like interior design and even becoming a lawyer, but in the end I chose my first love-teaching.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceHearing and watching for the first time my Kindergarten students reading from their first book, Hats Off! and when they finished reading the book and took it home for the first time to read to their parents was so exciting for them and for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would try use it in various ways such as purchasing items to use in my classroom, help others who may have a need, use for travel and even save some.
