It’s been my dream job since childhood! I’m all about making dreams a reality, and hopefully inspiring others to do the same. In college, having field experiences with schools and the enjoyment and fulfillment I got out of those interactions solidified my choice of career. When I’m having a rough day, I still know there’s no occupation I’d rather be in than education.

Honestly, my first two years teaching during the COVID pandemic. It was very challenging, but I proved to myself that I could adapt to any changes and still make a positive impact for students, even if the world didn’t make sense outside of the classroom. We got creative and made so many fun memories! Also, seeing the resiliency of those young students with the constant change was awe-inspiring. They were the real rockstars!

I would deposit it into our savings for a house. Education is my passion, but pay hasn’t always been the best for teachers. In addition, the price of everything has increased substantially since graduating college in 2020. $25,000 would be a major step towards my husband and I becoming homeowners.
