I love teaching because I love watching the kids get these "ah ha!" Moments. This job is what I am meant to do.

I started out working at a summer camp where I taught kids how to ride and work around horses. During my last year, I realized that I really liked teaching kids so I went home and got my Masters degree and my teaching certificate at the same time.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceWhen i taught 1st grade, my class put on a small reader's theater play for their parents. It was a lot of fun practicing and seeing it come to life. I had to record it and send it home on memory sticks because it was during Covid so families couldn't actually come and watch.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put that money into my classroom. Make sure my kids have what they need like good headphones, or mailboxes to put papers in to go home. I would buy books and educational games. I would also buy myself a really good chair to sit in. I need a new one.
