I could never imagine myself doing anything else. Making their learning connect to their everyday lives is a challenge I love to take on.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceWhen I was teaching 4th grade, we had a unit on Jamestown. I used to do a Jamestown play where the students would immerse themselves in the story of the first permanent English settlement.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am currently a STEM resource teacher & my school district is possibly cutting the program for next year. I would use the money to try & make the possible last year of STEM memorable for my elementary students (all 562 of them)!
