I became a teacher because I wanted to serve a community in which I grew up in. I believed I could make a difference in a community that faces many challenges.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience has been teaching at a school where I was a former student. I’ve been at that same campus for 21 years while serving children that remind me of myself.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to sponsor a field trip for my children. Definitely pay some bills and give my students a nice end-of- the year gift.
