I’m always wanted to show that I can be a successful athlete and also a good educator to our youth being able to balance both lives and showing them possible to go after your dreams and also inspiring the future! It brings me great joy to bring happiness inside the gymnasium. Even on their worst days, I make sure they are walking out of my gym with a smile. And to be a real life superhero to the children brings me joy.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

After I won my recent MMA fight all of my students made posters and cards for me when I return to school on Monday ! Receiving thank you letters from all students saying how I am a great teacher, and also being a good listener to all. And being thankful for them to keep thriving to be their best selves!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would donate a portion of it to my school so so they can have a library. I would also add a portion to the mixed martial arts gym I represent And it’ll also help me with my car payments and catch up on medical bills after my ACL surgery.
