I became a teacher because I love children! I believe every child needs an advocate to support, lead, encourage them on their educational journey and I get to be that person.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceDuring summer school, one student was uninterested, alone, disruptive, not wanting to be there…in the short three weeks we were together we clicked and he begun coming in excited for our day, wanting to participate and on the last day gave me a handmade card saying he loved me and thanked me for believing in him. Greatest feeling ever!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put half away in savings for my son who is about to turn 16. I would put $5,000 away for a vacation and the rest in savings. It would bless our small family in so many ways.
