I have always been interested in educating students—I spent 30 years teaching at the college level, until I retired and started subbing in elementary schools. I discovered that I loved it, and got my certification to teach k-6!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take my husband, also an elementary teacher, on a much-delayed vacation. Afterwards, I would spend the rest on a lending library for my adult colleagues at our school, who make up a wonderful team!
