I became a teacher because of my passion to help every child to believe in themselves. A great foundation on how they can fulfill their lifelong success.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable teaching experience is when a parent told me about how their child have learned to acknowledge their feelings. The child remember what I told him that if they get hurt, it's ok to cry a little but they must think how to not do it again and move on.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to use it for our school to have a year long garden(hydroponics) that would sustain our scholars' daily healthy habits. Our Food Science class will provide a farm to table meals not only to our class, but the whole school.
