I became a teacher because I have a strong passion for helping children grow and succeed. I believe every child deserves a supportive and enriching learning environment where they feel valued and inspired. Teaching allows me to make a positive difference in students’ lives, guiding them academically, socially, and emotionally. I love seeing my students discover their potential and develop a love for learning every day.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable experiences was when a struggling student finally mastered multiplication after weeks of practice. Seeing the joy and confidence on their face when they understood was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me why I love teaching — watching my students grow and succeed fuels my passion every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would create a resource-rich classroom environment by purchasing engaging books, educational technology, and hands-on learning materials. I would also use part of the funds to organize field trips and enrichment activities that inspire students and foster a love of discovery. My goal is to provide my students with experiences and resources that ignite their curiosity and help them reach their full potential.The money would definitely be life changing for me.
