I became a teacher so that I could help influence students in reaching those a-ha moments in the classroom. There’s nothing greater than when a student struggling with a skill suddenly ‘gets it.’
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceEarly in my teaching career, we kept our classroom doors propped open. Suddenly in the middle of a lesson to my eager kindergartners, a chipmunk went running around our classroom! Chaos ensued!
What would you do with the $25,000?Building my classroom library with a variety of genres would be my starting place!
