I became a teacher to inspire children to love school and to help them realize that they are capable of more than they believe.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy first year teaching, I led a science experiment and I had no idea if it would actually work. I was just as excited as the kids when it did! It was a very simple experiment with light, but we had so much fun discovering the outcome.
What would you do with the $25,000?As a single mom of 4, I am struggling to make ends meet. I would use the money to help me get us into a larger rental. When my oldest started high school, I gave her my bedroom so she wouldn’t have to share with her brothers. I would love to have a room again and sleep in a bed instead of on the couch.
