I became a teacher to give students a chance that I wasn’t when I was a student. Learning the importance of student challenges and the ability to work with every student regardless of disabilities, ethnic backgrounds, or behavioral differences, I’ve always strived to remain unbiased in every aspect. This is why I became a teacher.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThe most memorable teaching experiences that I hold dearly is when my students graduate from school and they make it their duty to reach back out to check on me. This shows me that I provided a great educational relationship to those students.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I will use the money to pay for a trip to Japan for me and my family. I will take some of the money to fund my current classroom to create a sensory room that creates a safe and warm environment for my students. For the remainder, I’ll save.
