I was born to be a teacher. I have always found joy and fulfillment in helping others discover information, talents and abilities they did not even know they had!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was with a student with difficult behavior. The student did not like to write as it was hard for them, and so finding alternative ways for that student to show what he/she knows was a challenge. I found a great program on the computer and it opened up a whole new world for that student! He was so proud of himself and relieved that he could finally show that he understood and had the knowledge and only needed an alternative way to prove it!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would set up a trust fund for my grandchildren and donate some to my current school special education classes for materials and programs that suit their student populations.
