I became a teacher because I wanted to instill the same love for learning that my teachers instilled in me. There is nothing more rewarding than when a student has that “aha” moment and you see them light up. As a first grade teachers, I get to see immense growth in my students from September to June and I love that I get to play such an impactful role in building the foundational skills that my students need to succeed in future schooling and in life.
