I was inspired by my elementary school teachers, especially my 4th grade teacher, Mr. Drescher. I now teach 4th grade! Elementary school was such a magical place growing up and I wanted to live that as a teacher.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceGetting invited to attend former student's high school graduation is probably my most memorable experience. To think that I've made that much of an impact in student's lives is an amazing feeling.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to enhance my classroom environment, lighting, seating, supplies, materials. Anything left would be saved to tap into for years to come in my classroom.
