Learn MoreI never actually planned to be a teacher. I intended to be a business owner. However, when an opportunity opened up for a math teacher, I decided to try it out since I always loved math. After trying it out, I realized I really loved teaching. Even with all the stress and frustrations it may come with, I still get excited to teach something new everyday.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable moments are always when students show their appreciation, and not on teacher appreciation day. When they leave small notes telling me how much they love my class and appreciate me. When they tell me they appreciate how much I care about them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love the opportunity to give back to my school with a donation, I would also love to treat my students with a nice field trip if I could.
