I originally became a teacher because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after completing my undergrad in an unrelated field. I got into a private school with my bachelors, and realized how important teaching is. I now continue my education and work as a teacher to help students grow into themselves.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was my first year of teaching. A student unexpectedly lost their mother, and it was absolutely devastating. Though a straight A student, I saw the impact this caused. This moment made me realize how a teachers support and listening ear can help any student through a tough situation.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000, I would use it to continue furthering my education, as well as any classroom needs.
