I became a teacher because students inspire ME. They are the next generation of leaders, innovators, explorers, artists. My role is to foster their love and passions while also giving them the basic skills they need to continue to grow and thrive.

My most memorable experience so far has been writing a book with my class! Watching a room full of second graders become so interested in learning about our topic of animals and really applying their best efforts was so much fun!

I would put it back into my kids and my family. I am a working mom and would love nothing more than to be able to support both my students and daughter.
