Learn MoreI became a teacher because I genuinely care about helping others grow and feel confident in themselves. As someone who values discipline, structure, and personal development, I wanted to create that same environment for my students. Teaching allows me to build real connections and help students not only improve academically, but believe in their ability to succeed.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable experiences was watching a student who struggled and lacked confidence begin to understand the material and participate in class. Over time, she went from staying quiet to solving problems in front of everyone. Seeing that shift in both her skills and confidence reminded me why consistency and belief matter so much.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to enhance my classroom with resources that support student growth, especially for those who are struggling. I would invest in materials, technology, and tutoring support to close learning gaps. I would also create a more structured, motivating environment that helps students stay engaged and feel successful.
