I became a teacher because I want every child who comes into my room to feel safe and loved, just as I did growing up. My students know once they are in my class they will always be “one of my kiddos” which means they will always be loved and have a cheerleader!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOther than the fun I have everyday. It’s probably the year after my first group of kiddos left the elementary for intermediate, a group of them would get up early some days & come to my school before theirs, just to say hi and start their day like we used to!😭
What would you do with the $25,000?Redo my classroom library & upgrade my chairs and manipulatives in my classroom first. Then hopefully take my kiddos on their first beach trip before kinder in the fall for our oldest! Then the rest towards debt from when my son was diagnosed with type 1!🤍
