I had the opportunity to work in a Student Support role at the school my wife taught at. I absolutely fell in love with working with our youth and having the chance to be there for those that had nobody in their corner filled a void that I could never seem to fill working in the business world. Teaching is both my passion and my purpose!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOmg.. I have SO many! I’ve been the rock for so many students over the years and have helped so many go from the bottom to living their best lives as adults. My most memorable experiences are having former students keep in regular contact with me. Whether it’s just to chat, looking for advice or I’m still that rock that they lean on, those phone calls always remind why I do what I do.
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly, it would more than likely go to help my students who are struggling to work through college, who are the sole income for their families and who deserve the help but are too proud to ask.
