I became a teacher because it is the most magical thing to witness a child get something. Wether it be discovering their hands to writing their name.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable moment as a teacher was helping a child with sensory processing disorder, be able to come to a busy family event. We used something called a social story. He was able to enter the building and completely participate.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take the money and start an inclusive preschool! I have everything I need except money for a space. I want a school where all children feel welcome and part of a community.
