Tell us why you became a teacher

I developed an interest in teaching during a practicum I had in a school working with a student who had ASD, while I was in college for a different career .This student and the experience we shared together, heavily influenced my career choice and is why I became a special education teacher initially.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

my most memorable teaching experience was my first year as a special education teacher. There was a selective mute student who had trouble making connections, after some hard work, She and I developed a special connection and where inseparable for the school year.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest some of the Money in my school community and classroom. Honing in on the interest that my Grade 2 students have for science this year, I would love to be able to provide them with advanced technology and high-level science. experiments.
