I became a teacher, because I was taught by some of the most incredible agriculture educators who showed me how to be passionate about something. I decided to teach to give back to the FFA Organization that helped me become the woman I am today, and hopefully inspire young adults to take an interest in a career in agriculture. I am lucky enough to teach in rural California where real-world experience related to my subject area is so common. I am eager to keep growing as a young educator.
