I was a child that struggled with learning. I wanted to help others that also struggled with learning. I started in a preschool and the connections that I felt when a child learned a concept was amazing. This encouraged me to further my degree to become a certified teacher. I know get to make a difference in each and every child that I educate.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience came when I taught a pre-k class to read! I had 18 students and they all graduated reading. I create connections with my students. If I were to see them many years down the road, they remember me. I am often rewarded with hugs that last for several minutes.
What would you do with the $25,000?To be honest, I am not sure.
