I started subbing at my kids school. I enjoyed it tremendously and thought I like this. I started late in life going to school and had two children and a coal miner husband. He worked hard and had lay offs. So I decided my kids were old enough I would go back and get my degree. They were great always helping and encouraging me.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceGosh hard to pick just one! But this just recently happened! I was talking about stories real and make believe. We talked about villains and the 3 pigs.The kids was so excited about writing their own story at 4-5 years old. I wrote the first sentence and allowed each child a chance to add a sentence to the story. They absolutely loved it and wanted to do another one. This made my day!
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay my tithes and probably pay off a college loan.
