Learn MoreI come from a family of teachers (my dad, aunt, uncle, cousin). In addition, everyone that ever served as a mentor to me was also an educator. I have also had the privilege of having amazing educators in my life. I knew that I wanted to be that person for a child once I became an adult.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceTeaching can be a thankless job but when my class of 2023 seniors graduated, I had so many students hug me and tell me how thankful they were for me and how they wouldn’t have made it without me. Moments like that make it all worth it.
