I believe I was born to teach. It is a calling and my purpose in life. As a young child I remember always being the one showing everyone else what to do and how it should be done. When I see a child, my heart smiles.

I had a special needs child with a speech impediment who did not verbally speak because people did not understand her and she would get frustrated and shut down. She communicated by writing notes with others. I became her teacher and after 2 weeks, I told her I could not be her pen pal. I told her I wanted to learn to hear what she had to say. Reluctantly, she began talking to me, and I listened to her. By the end of year she did a Mock interview and thanked me at graduation.

I would use part of it to support my ministry I have that helps those less fortunate, I would invest a little, use a little to improve my classroom, and fix a few things around my house.
