I knew when I was a young child I wanted to be a teacher. When playing with my sister I always had to be the teacher. Teaching was a calling for me.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI teach kids everyday. I have taught science for over 30 years now. One of the most memorable experiences happened many years ago. I had a young lady in 6 th grade. She was suspended from school. I look up and in she walks. I asked her why she was there and she said “it is my birthday and we are learning about space and I want to learn about space! “ I gave her a few books and work to take home and she has to leave. That was memorable.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to travel and learn about the geology of the US. I’d pay off bills. It would help me also get a new car.
