Learn MoreBefore entering the teaching profession, I worked for an agency that served kids who struggled with trauma. I found that having a caring and dependable adult in their lives was sometimes the key to helping them believe in themselves and work to move past the trauma. Teaching allows me to be a consistent support to students and help them succeed.

What would you do with the $25,000?Some of the money would go toward home renovations, to help me rest and rejuvenate in order to be at my best for my students each and every day. I would have to set some aside to do something special with my students as well.
