I've always loved sharing what I've learned with others, and I feel that it is important to teach through many avenues. Using the Arts and differentiated instruction, I am able to teach math in a joyful environment.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experiences are when my students are able to bring their own knowledge to the table in opening conversations. It shows students that they already know some of the language of math, and can then be more confident when continuing the lesson.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would travel and be able to take part in professional development opportunities.
