I became a teacher because I’ve always had a passion for helping others learn and grow. I find joy in making complex ideas accessible and seeing the "aha" moments when students understand something new. Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was when I helped a student who initially struggled with a subject they thought they’d never get. At first, they were very discouraged, often doubting their abilities. But over time, with consistent support and encouragement, they started making progress. The look on their face when they realized they had succeeded was priceless. They were so proud, and it was a moment where I felt I had truly made a difference.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d plan relaxing family vacations to recharge. First, a beach getaway for unwinding, followed by an adventurous cultural trip to a city like Paris or Rome to explore and enjoy local experiences. To fully destress, I’d treat my teachers friends and I to a wellness retreat to destress with meditation, and spa services. These trips would help us create lasting memories while recharging both mentally and physically, coming back refreshed and ready for life’s challenges.
