I knew in High School that I wanted to be a teacher! One of my old teachers, Alice Davidson, inspired me to study history and English at university so that I could become a teacher. I enjoy working with young people and look forward to watching them grow, thrive, and succeed!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy students participate in an annual district and state competition, and last year one of my students won first place and a two thousand dollar scholarship! When one of my students succeeds and wins, the whole program is successful!
What would you do with the $25,000?WOW! If I could win the $25,000, I would use the money to buy an electronic fire extinguisher trainer for my class. They are costly, but I need one to teach my students how to use an extinguisher. I heard on the news that most adult Americans have never used a fire extinguisher, and I would like to teach my students how to use one!
