Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had an African student last year who really struggled with English. In the spring, we were talking about the life cycle of a butterfly and during a class discussion, instead of trying to find the words, she showed me how the caterpillar makes a cocoon and comes out as a butterfly. At first, I didn’t understand what she was doing but my aid was able to help me out. I was so proud of her and will never forget that there are different ways to show how you understand something.
What would you do with the $25,000?75% of it would go towards my student loans and the other 25% would be put into savings for my future.
