I went back to college while all eight of my kids were in school, working full time as a Para in a high school, co-pastoring our church with my husband as a worship leader and still carrying out wife and mom duties at home. It was the hardest few years of my life but so worth it to be a model for all those around me that ANYTHING is possible with hard work, determination and a clear goal! The investment is priceless!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI have lots of memorable teaching moments but my favorite are the "aha" moments when you see light bulbs going off in students minds when they have made a connection! As a math teacher it's so important to not only make math connections but to also build connections with students themselves.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate to our church remodel, then pay off my student loans.
