I had teachers inspire me as a student, so I want to do the same with students. While I love teaching English, Speech, and Drama, I love making connections with the students and seeing them mature personally and academically. I want to send them into the world ready to be the best they can be.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable moments was when a student with a poor home life decided to do Forensics (Speech and Drama competition) with me. They were nervous and scared, but found success and gained tremendous confidence that continued into other classes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to enhance the fine arts activities at my school to help inspire even more students.
